i found it as cheap s3 but it works very slow d RAM gets filled it doesn't play hd videos only some r played

i cant receive my incoming call in touch screen. but i can receive the call with the home key, why it is happening? i am really disappointed, plz help me.plz

wenevr i apply a walpapr den aftr i lock it n wen i unlock it d walpapr gets zoomd totaly or it gets changd.....
