What i found out is that the handset is a duplicate model of original and also a virus has been introduced. So I had to format the phone of all its details and also did a factory reset. As his phone was relatively new formatting the data wasn't an iasue. U can take the backup of the data and reset the phone yourself. If you take your phone to a service station they will more likely charge you just for the reset. Good luck with your phone

The phone is not up to the mark. Because of the single core cortex A-5 processor, it lags even for the simple tasks. The looks are bad, too. The price performance ratio is too poor.

Battery life is pathetic. dies every 5 hour if kept ideal just after 6 months of buying. and if you use the phone then it will surprisingly drain out in just 1 hour. You have to keep feeding with power recharge.
