Stupid Samsung smartphone this is one had ever...i m using this mobile for the past 1 .5 months nothing in pros side..lagging, hanging, no 3d gaming, contacts opening after only 5 mins, call clarity is so bad, automatic restart often, no good music player, video player limited format only, tiny key boar unable to type fast in emergency situation, poor battery back up (not more than 5 hrs that too if u r using only for 2G calls), u cant pick the call in single attempt or sometimes u ill hear incoming call ringing but in display nothing ill be shown one only pure black colour visible.....totally poor and useless and full of issue smartphone from Sammy........so ma frends pls dont buy this mobile .......my humble request.i m trying to return this smartphone but store person asking me what is the actual issue sir..maximum number of persons returning this smartphone

rag, 08 Nov 2012the phone has major problem..sim go into not reachable stat... morePlease clean the SIM Contact point and try again. I had the same problem and when I cleaned the plates on the SIM's the problem was resolved.
Use a soft clean cloth and rub the gold plates gently until the plates shine.

Mamo, 08 Nov 2012Duos S7562 Internal memory says 4GB but not come with hands... moreOf course it doesn't show 4gb as available space. You never get the full space on any kind of storage device.. and then the phone has to store the android system files somewhere.. don't you think?

There's Lag in Stock Music Player & Even Third party. Song gets stuck in play, hence you'll loose the interest in music with this phone :)

Internal memory on data sheet is 4GB but the phone shows me 2 GB. Any noticeable comments?

s duos is good but the problem with the device memory , company said its 4 GB but it shown only 1.78 GB in device .

I am having the same issue, my airtel 2G works fine but my 2nd card i.e. BSNL 3G card loses all connections, sometimes the tower shows full range but the Sim manager shows "Emergency Calls only" this is strange. But I heard that there are some problems with BSNL 3G cards and Samsung phones. Is it true? cause when I put this BSNL 3G card in my old Nokia 6300 it worked! Please let me know of a solution.

Good phone to run with; Hope jely bean will be available soon to this phone.
This phone should have atleast 1800 MAH battery considering 1Ghz processer.
