i am fade up with the call sound quality. it breaks and at times cannot understand. can anyone help me resolving the issue. Is it due both SIM working together???

Samsung done good job but only on look when compare performance of handset all lagy music player stop for second like hazing sound.touch is notsmoth typing on duos is also hapetic i am realy upset after purchase this garbage.don't waste your money for this rubish build go with samsung s advances.
