tee, 24 Oct 2012I've just bought this phone, but found out that the 4gb mem... morethis is normal my friend, even though you bought other model or brand of smart phone, because they are telling the total internal memory (shared) including the installed Operating System (OS) and other default programs for phone............ hope can help.

1) Samsung does not provide CD or a manual. They only provide Quick Reference.
2) You can set tones individually or to a group.
3) To reduce battery consumption, Go to Settings, Select the GSM only option in Network Setting, Diasable background data, adjust display bright ness. This will do for most of the Samsung hand sets.

I am using it past 8 days.earlier I have a galaxy5.one thing i must say touch experience is preety much poor in s duos.it lags a little bit.app to sd application doesn't work with ICS,means only 1.78gb for app downloading.battery is ok but not up to the mark.camera is great,music experience with headphones is awesome.hope the cons will be eliminated on the next OS upgrade.till then slow but steady
