Hi can anyone help me out...
Its showing NO SIM FOUND,even when both sims are there...In That case,i restart the phone and issue is resolved after...How it is like this????

Warning for all friends who love and trust Samsung.
I bought a new samsung galaxy duos s7562 on Oct 6th 2012. In 12 days I do realize that its body is of very low and cheap quality as the phone has started loosing its colour from the sides. On informing the Samsung Smart Care they asked me to visit the samsung service center n the person so that they can replace the phone body. On visiting the samsung service center at AC MARKET AT TARDEO mumbai they told me that there is no warranty on the phone body so the only way of changing it will be to pay Rs. 870 for the new body. This is how the brand Samsung is not respecting the trust ppl have in it. Its because of us that the brand has gained that credibility however they have failed to sustain that trust and faith.

But when both modes are in GSM and when data services is activated in 1 of the SIM (on GPRS), you just can't receive any calls (the receive incoming calls while using data services statement will be dimmed). Please try on the phone.

I've seen dis fone in blck color also on samsng wbsyt... & a few onlyn store... So. Is it available in indian open mrkt in blck color coz wherevr i've askd fr it they say that nly white colour is available... And gsmarena.com also hs white color pics...
So???

the price is ok but the speed & battery are dead i will not suggest to purchase this phone gsm arena should thinkover while giving 7.6 no.s to phone like this . it deserves 3 only

Overall a very good phone that serves its purpose. However, if you use both your SIMs on GSM mode, activating one SIM for data services. When you use data on GPRS, you cannot receive any calls (be it SIM 1 or SIM 2). If you are using 3G/HSPA on 1 SIM, then no issue. Is this a software bug?

Hi Guys.. Please Help..
I am planning to buy this phone.But i am realy confused just because of the below comments.
So those who are using Galaxy s duos please help me about battery life and phone speed.
i am not a hardcore gamer but sometimes i love to play temple run so does it having any problem in running Temple Run.
i daily speak more than 1 hour on phone and listen music around 2 hours daily so in that case can it battery will last upto one day or not?

- Auto Focus does not work - Overall Bad Camera
- Average Screen
- Bad Voice Clarity. Many a times you've to disconnect and dial again for better call quality. Really frustrating at times
- Battery Backup is not bad. Really improves after couple of discharges and charges
Would not recomended this phone to anyone.
Samsung should seriously make Hi-Tech Dual or Quad Core Androids with atleast 1 GB Ram for the evergrowing Dual Sim Smartphones!

Shibu, 22 Oct 2012One of the best phone one can ever have, except following :... moreu can download app from android market to movie applications to sd card but with 2gb of internal memory it more then sufficient, for multimedia u can use sd card.. after 5 or 6 completed discharges battery back up will be better, minimize brightness n remove all unwanted running apps, better use ordinary wallpaper instead of live wallpapers...
