This phone is the worst phone in this range of money battery is suck , you have to charge every hour if you are doing gaming and browsing on this and it will hang on a every application and game even in 10 MB game set up, so avoid to buy such garbage phone...

Husain, 17 May 2014I have an issue, need to setting that all pictures, video,... moreYou cant do it except if you root your phone. its risky if you do it yourself. instead go to a samsung care centre and ask them to upgrade your phone to newer versions where you can do this.

just dont buy it!! so slow, apps ant go to sd, says full memory so fast,hangs a lot, at times the csll wouold go off before the caller's name appears!!

I have high copy of Samsung GT-S7562. I have got some problem on the Battery. When The battery usage reaches 30%, it automatically switch off. Does this mean problem with the battery or is there any adjustment mechanism in its setting. How could I resolve this problem? Please react.
