guys need help i charged battery today it shows 80 percent but after use mobile switch off automatically and battery shows 5 percent is there any fault in battery

apps like cricbuzz mindicator whatsapp justdial bookmyshow etc takes time to response in s duos because of worst internet speed bad bad model from samsung

I had a HTC Incredible S before but dropped it in a sink full of water. Then decided to buy Galaxy S Duos because of the same spec(single core 1Ghz, 768Mb ram, 4-inch) with cheaper price. After a month using all hell breaks loose. Incredible S never hangs a lot like the S Duos. For the Samsung you can't move application to ext memory. Wait did I mentioned that S Duos hangs a lot? I have to install Clean Master, Autokiller Optimizer, Greenify and etc. at the same time just to make sure I am able to use the phone for my daily usage. Samsung doesn't even bother to upgrade it from 4.0.4 ICS to 4.1.0 JB or even 4.4.0 KK. For those who want to buy this phone please DON'T.

one of the worst model from samsung ....i got many problem in just 1 year of usage... UI is too laggy . . touch is not smooth .....i got battery problem sometime it never charge....whenever i call it takes time....dialler also hang....even opening message and contact takes time....internet speed is very poor....camera is good...even you cant play small games it hangs and app takes time to response android version is too old 4 0 no option to move to sd....even in karbonn 4 0 ics has option to move to sd..this mobile 7562 is slow in every process its better to throw samsung phones in dustbin.....never buy samsung

It s a bad phone fiture .Battery back Very low .I have Only 6 Month use only .This Phone Hang Many time .i have wast of money this phone.

Serisly after using s duos i going to love nokia 1280 and the phone with same configratin becuse they act on our command instantly
Problems occuerd in this phone after 2 days when i bought it even then salesman of samsung care treated themself as they r best .......O....M...G

This is dumbest phone ever

does not support hd videos
battery gets broader in six month
phone gets hang
major problem in every samsung and sony dual sim phone:- when data network is on in sim 1 (2g) u will not receive call in sim2
and vice versa
say no samsung

Dude do you buy a new phone every month? An average person would use a phone for a year atleast. and in that period cant he expect the OEM maufactures to keep his fone running smooth. You are telling they think of business and dnt provide update. if So they should dnt provide update for high end phone. They can earn huge profits when a new phone release with new OS.

Every phone has a 18 month upgradation window. And this phones window ends this month. From the date of the phones release till date Android has come long way. they have released 4.1,4.2,4.3 and 4.4 and their upgradation too. They have released S duos 2 with same specification and 4.2 OS. They could have use this build and upgrade S7562.But samsung cudnt even provide even one to this phone. They are REAL CHEATERS. Am never ever gonna buy another samsung device.

As they are the leading Android phone producer they provide specific features for specific version. If you get everything in just one samsung phone then U may not buy any other upgrade versions or new phones. That's why they don't provide update to their phones.

wrost useing S-duos 7562, i have checked all the site all the update to upgrade to jelly bean,Samsung is doing nothing.i will go for nokia now.atleats they provide update on os.
