Purchased this in Singapore and is not user friendly in Australia. Cannot remove the padlock icon and have to double tap to make calls. Any help appreciated.

When you go to "Contacts"
In the basic Samsung 7262 phone, you could swipe to the right to make a call, and when you swipe to left, you could write a message
However in Samsung Star Advance, you are not able to swipe to the right on "Contact" list to make a call.. This is very upsetting...

Very simple dude just go to setting then call setting
In call setting there you can click on answering/managing call then select the power key and home key for end call or recive call
