Using the phone since 2 months, if you own it then learn how to manage it accordingly instead of complaining about it.
Install 'app cache cleaner' & 'du battery saver' and clear ram in task manager eveytime you use it after you go to standby.
No issues yet except camera & 3g ( only if you dont have wifi to use ).
