I bought this tab yesterday. When I rotate it, it goes black and then welcome screen appear with touch hanging. And when pressing the power the screen turns black with white lines on it. What is the cause of screen death

Do the following:
Go to SETTINGS - Select the DISPLAY option :
(Look for the two /Names(options) under Display) -
* SCREEN TIME OUT - You can set it 30min
* SMART SCREEN - Make Sure this is OFF
(Tick box must be unselected)
***Smart screen comply with a persons face looking at the screen if the Tablet doesnt detect a face the screen goes off

please my tablet just started developing this problem the screen comes on and off and does not stay on for long. it starts and goes off at the instant and restart over and over again without stopping. can you please help me out

Got a new year present ...kitkat update...on 1st jan 2015...not much of change but its smoother , they keyboard looks different only slighlty though i wud say it looks more sharp now..the polaris officd is far more better with cutomised keyboard for puting formulas..getting closer to that excel on our computer

I took it to a Costumer's Support store and even thought them, which by the way are "samsung trained technicians", have any idea of what's going on. I'm going back there for the third time expecting to solve it. Any news, I'll let you know!!! Good luck there...

I am using this tab and has been working good but recently my facebook app always shuts down whenever I want to use it. Does anybody experience the same and how do I fix it please...its annoying.

Hi, I have problem with my Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 gt p 5200.
Tablet without noticeable reason began randomly shut down by itself.
Sometimes in an hour goes off 5-6 times, and sometimes working 5-6 hours without turning off.
Tablet can not be sent to the service because it was purchased abroad.
On it is the original untouched Android 4.2.2.
I tried a factory reset and re-flash with the latest android from sammobile.com , but it didn't help.
Does anyone has a similar problem or solution.

Hi there I just bought 2 samsung tablet2 GT-P5200 for my kids as a gift from my holiday trip. Now after starting one up at home it doesnt scan any bluetooth devices while the other works well. I need help here anyone with options. My email is hiten.meghji@hotmail.com

my tablet usually goes off even if the battery is fully charged. i therefore need to plug the charger before the power comes.the device goes On and Off IMEI;359360/05/574983/7 and S/N;RF2F218H54E.i AM USING IT IN AFRICA THUS GHANA
