There's a good chance recent slates like its Note Pro and Tab S ranges and even the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 will get Android Lollipop, but anything older or low end is probably not going to happen.

this tab is too heavy just one drop and it would be broken, tab 3 is lighter and easy to hold

Connection low signal may due to your service provider, call them and check.
I think SNote only available for Note series. I would suggest you to install Evernote or Google Keep according to your desire.

Please is t231 original? it is very slow to browse with,always showing low signal, though it uses a micro dim.
Can I download and use snote on it?
