Can you tell me where to buy this great tablet with option to make gsm (SIM) phone calls from it?
Defenetly looks like there are different models of P7300 (3G model) on different markets: some can, but some can't be used for gsm calls.
I (and probably all others with simular request) would appreciate advice from expirience.

I want to be able to receive a call wherever or whenever I am, because if it's a call, it's important - minor matters are discussed thru sms/texting - imagining myself receiving or placing calls using my SGT8.9 specially in public - that would be embarrassing and very inconvenient

Helo can i ask? Before htc flyer cant make call but now can.
So i believed this tab can make call just wait for the software i guess. Correct me if im wrong. And this tab have to root if want to make call i just found from my reserch. Sorry my poor english.

Is it true if honeycomb cant make call? Only froyo , gingerbread and ics only can make call. Plz hepl me confused.

SGT8.9 is primarily a tablet, a better experience for mobile internet because of its crisp and clear and bigger screen resolution, reading ebooks, viewing multi-media are ideally done with tablets too...
if calling is the primary concern, then buy a phone!

sorry but i really dont know how to contact with GSMARENA admins. on preview video of p7300 3g, UI is different, there are no music hub or IM (social hub premium app) and app icons are different. and they installed a 3. party app for dialer (DIALER@BAR) and made calls on video but in actual devices this app doesnt work, "voice call, video call or sms" icons dont appear on contacts! if Admins still have this device, can they upload that rom? and i hope admins contacted with samsung about their misleading marketing policy:) thanks

Or when they install a 3rd party call apps, will it function just like a normal dialler phone pad and can directly make a call without connecting to the system of that 3rd party?
