While I have a Chromecast dongle in my home audio receiver so I can Chromecast movies from my tablet through the receiver to the TV, it is highly annoying that Samsung does not enable a C to HDMI adapter connection directly to a monitor or TV. If I travel with my tablet I need to take the Chromecast device with me to display audio/vido on other TVs. Other than that the tablet is pretty good. This omission is enough to warrant a second thought on purchase, however.

Well most of you people described the tab A7 as just a video watching light device but I have it and the performance at fortnite is fixed at 30 fps and its smoother than my friends tab s5e and tab S6 lite

I purchased this tablet for my mother, it's good to watch video on, using apps to watch tv and series and do some occasional browsing and simple games. Already got the first software imrpovements on this device. I have a Galaxy Tab S6 lite myself so I'm familiar with the Tab A7 as well. I bought it directly from Samsung for €199 euro. I think it's a very good deal. I can definitely recommend the device if you're planning to use it for the things mentioned above.

Nice budget tablet. Of course 4GB RAM would be nice, but 3GB is enough for light use. I have a tab S5e with 4GB and I use 1.8-2.3 most of the time, with multiple apps running in te background at the same time.
Also, 64GB is enough if you don't download everything. My previous tablet was 32GB and I downloaded movies and series on it, didn't feel the need to expand it (although the Android system wasn't taking up almost 20GB). It is user depended, if you need more; than buy another tablet. If you want a Lenovo with better specs, then buy it, although support is worse and accessoires are hard to find

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2020is 224 ppi density enough?Yes, the mistake most people make is comparing tablets to phones, which is wrong. Even the most expensive tablets like the ipad pro and the s7+ don't go beyond 268ppi. And since most streaming services don't offer 2K resolution (Youtube is the only app I know that enables that, and who knows maybe those tablets do some kind of "upscaling"), the resolution is usually capped at 1080p. Unless if you're planning on gaming on this tablet, which is an absolutely wrong idea.
P.S: I'm in no way comparing this screen with the ipad pro or the tab s7, I was only talking about resolution.
