Back then they were focused on better RAM and storage, Better processor but now they are focused on camera upgrades or mostly ripping people off with its price.

Where’s the A9device recycling. the tab a7 was released in 2020. this 2022 version is literally the same device, only the chipset was changed, which is pretty much no improvement (from Snapdragon 662 (11 nm) to Unisoc UMS512 T618 (12 nm)). samsung should better focus on a mid-range tablet series next to the flagship s series rather than recycling unusable crap tablets. entry-level phones are okay, but considering tablets, a decent hardware and chipset are necessary to fulfill the purpose of this device category, otherwise it is just an oversized entry-level phone with no tablet capabilities like colourful display, decent performing chipset for productivity, stylus support etc.
