    Been using this tablet for a few weeks. It's pretty sluggish at changing apps and triggering animations, mostly down to slow eMMC storage no doubt. Once you're in the apps in question they run fine. Some stuttering. Screen is good for a TFT panel, decent colors, viewing angles, but a lot of light bleed and videos can look oddly oversharpened on it. 32GB of storage is pitiful for ANY modern device, certainly one that will theoretically end its life on Android 14. At least you have microSDXC expansion to somewhat remedy that. Cameras are acceptable for video conferencing and not much else. Build quality is oddly great considering how cheap the experience feels, and the speakers sound fantastic and get very loud.

    I got it on my carrier for $79, for that price I'm not complaining too much. I would NOT recommend anyone get this at full retail price, it is an awful deal at that amount. It's fine for basic media consumption, reading, very light gaming (think candy crush), video conferencing, and I'll probably mostly use it with a bluetooth keyboard as a super portable word processor.

    If you're looking at retail price, I'd definitely say look elsewhere.

      It's super fast and no lag or crash.
      Monthly updates.
      Super camera.
      Dolby sound is awesome.
      All google play store apps are support specially DuckDuckgo browser supported.
      No battery drain issue.
      Inbuild radio.
      Score is 10 out of 10.

        3. Rear and front cameras are very low quality.
        4. For 4g sim dowload speed is 45mbps not even 150mbps. WiFi signal drops every one hour time and max.speed is 55mbps.
        5. Dolby sound isn't clear.
        6. Microsdxc isn't support.
        7. Somany apps specially galaxy apps are running in background.
        8. Virtual ram memory is slowing down the apps sped.
        9. Upcoming andorid 12 need better gui , but mediatek p22t dosen't have better inbuild gui.
        10. No radio and no nfc support.
        Total score can give tab is 2.5 out of 10. Why 2.5 is bcz build quality is better frame and audio jack.
        Now i'm using Lenovo K10 tablet.

            1. Don't trust samsung security updates bcz they include some bloatware apps auto installation.
            2. Updates are always delay.
            3. After two years later they will release the updates to stop working your device / malfunction your device. ( same thing happend for my A30 device ).
            4. Lenovo build quality much much better.
            5. Don't look for the major android os updates, always trust 2 years security updates bcz major android os updates requirment is higher than previous android os then if your device have a minimum hardware spec then your device will work like a snail. So your money is wasted.
            6. Galaxy one ui and apps are not optimised for the cpu. So apps crashed then and there. But lenovo os pure android os.
            7. Lenovo customer service is always good.

But Lenovo will not update to new Android the HD model is upto A9 ànd FHD to A10. Samsung is better off with A11 and supports two major version updates. I chose Samsung over Lenovo after my past experience with Lenovo

                kc, 24 Dec 2021my new A7 screen hunged with some appsbcz virtual ram not support for eMMc 5.1 internal memory. It's fully support with UFS 2.1 or above.
                Now samsung phones and tabs are very expensive and very bad hardware parts.

                  Your opinion please, this samsung or lenovo Tab M8 FHD?
                  I know both is similar
                  Is for my 5 years nephew, so basically youtube etc.
                  Or any ideas?

Knox is good but if you don't have inbuild secure folder then that also useless. All these are just for show only and benefit is 0% for us.

                          One UI core 3.1 graphics are very heavy for this mediatek p22t cpu & gpu. better to reduce the graphics for one ui core 4.0 for this device. that the reason all the apps are getting crash and stop working.
                          what is the different between MacAfee inbuild mobile security and Knox security.

                              After reset for factory settings the galaxy store cant update to latest version and all the apps are crashing. Why this is happening for 4g and wifi model. Really fedup with this tab.

When i watch videos continuously for 5 hours the videos are not playing smoothly and sometimes it get stuck. But the same video can play smothly with galaxy a01 phone. Why is that?.
