Budget tablet, takes a long time to fully start (very slow during 2-3 minutes), but after it's OK if you don't have great expectations. Web browsing OK, small games, news applications. It's sufficient for me, I'm happy with it :)

This opinion is for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 lite, model #SM-T220, a budget device.
If you don't mind waiting & waiting & waiting for the device to respond, then you'll be thrilled with this tablet. I can tap an app to open, and then go do other things while waiting for the device to respond. Many times I've tried opening an app only to end up tapping the icon again because I didn't think my tap had registered, but the issue was not that my selection hadn't been registered but that the tablet was just taking its own sweet time before doing anything! This tablet puts the "L" in lag.
Honestly, I would not buy this piece of crap again. I would spend more $ to obtain something with a decent response time. This is simply not worth the agony of waiting around for something to happen, and I'm well known to others as a very patient person.

Why does the samsung galaxy tab a7 lite get oneui 6 and the samsung galaxy tab a7 (base model) gets oneui 4.1 bro the samsumg galaxy tab a7 lite has helio p22t at this point samsung a03s should get oneui 6 cause its helio p35

Anonymous, 24 May 2024Which model has the 64GB-4GB storage?Samsung doesnt have a different part/model for the 64GB/4GB (example i have SM-T220 and that model comes in both 32GB/3GB and 64GB/4GB). The model numbers are pretty much for only for telling which is WiFi only and WiFi/Cellular

Had this tablet for a year and a half by now and it's alright, the only thing I really use it for is watching movies, YouTube or music and it does it's job for that. While the performance leaves a bit to be desired for some games, I don't mind it since I only use it for movies, YouTube or music. The durability is quite good, before I got a case for it I dropped it a few times and the screen has a few minor scratches but I don't mind them.
Not the best choice but it's alright for simple tasks, would not recommend it anymore.

Now that the A9 is out, I highly recommend that instead. Don't be cheap, the A7 Lite is disappointing, to be honest.

Test123, 07 May 2024after upgrade to Android 13 it's very very slow and so... moreMaybe you should back up all your data and do a factory reset after updating. Helped me with my phone some years ago...

i loved my 8" and would like to get a new more powerful one. if i want bigger, i'll go to my laptop.
