Exynos vs snapdragon, 11 Jan 2025Hi, the A9+ model uses Exynos processor that doesn't h... moreMine, purchased from Samsung in the Philippines, has a Snapdragon 695 SG processor and it has no problem running DeX. Either the European ones use a different processor or yours is a counterfeit.

Note that A9+ also has earlier bt revision compared to smaller A9. A9 uses snapdragon processor which has enough power to run dex. Odd choices. Info from EU market

I just obtained one of these to sit beside my s7 plus tablet.
The s7 is the better tablet but stuck on One UI 5.1...
One thing GSMarena, this tablet has Samsung Dex. It's only digital ( I think 🤔) but still should be in the description.
Shouldn't it?

freaky, 17 Dec 2024the Galaxy tab a7 (yes not the lite) had snapdragon4 GB of RAM is sufficient for an Android tablet because Android misallocates and mismanages memory above 3GB. The only difference you'll see is with a top of the line, flagship model tablet that has a better GPU that's unavailable on lower priced models with lesser RAM.

I regret buying this tablet, so useless, G99 is better than this stpd snapdragon 695, I had to return mine because of the sluggishness this device is experiencing 🤦🏻 8gb ram and it's too damn slow

For 330 cad or 220 euros is it a good deal ? The 8gb version
No deal for this one, friday deal stuff were all 4gb gorbage.

Some people are reluctant between buying A9+ or S9 FE, well before comparing them the prices may differ, as In my region the base model of FE[128/6] costs almost 60% more than 128/8 variant of A9+.
Both support DeX, have non-Amoled 90hz display, great speakers and average cameras(tbh who would buy tablets for taking professional photos)
A9+ gives you 2 more speakers, 2gb more ram, 3.5 jack, snapdragon processor( had nightmares with Exynos so take this as grudge despite FE has slightly powerful processor), better battery life.
FE gives you 45W charging(not in the box) ,1 more android update, S-pen.
Since I wasn't the pen guy, decided to buy A9+.
Both are decent, but supposedly unless FE is not on-sale, A9+ would be more valuable.
