Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) arrives in India for $275

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) - which was made official last month has now been launched in India. The tablet carries a price tag of INR 17,990, which translates to $275.

The device is available through both online and offline channels in India. Color options include black and gold.

The Galaxy Tab A (2017) is powered by a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, and sports an 8-inch display of 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory.

The camera department is handled by an 8MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. The device runs Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, and packs in a 5,000mAh battery.

Lenovo Tab4 8 plus at Rs.16990 is far better. It has FHD display, snapdragon 625 Octa, fingerprint, stereo speakers, 4G-lte. Lenovo tab48 plus is a better device in every department with lesser price compared to Samsung tab A inferior specs.
