Anonymous, 06 Oct 2024with one nano-SIM and one eSIM, can this be used as regular... moreOf course, I would never buy a tablet without a SIM slot.. not for calls and text messages, but for mobile data - a prepaid SIM card loaded with unlimited 5G internet access for a month costs 5 euros in my country and wherever I go, I don't have to rely on Wi-Fi access or poor Wi-Fi coverage in hotels, unsecure Wi-Fi networks, I can watch Netflix for hours on a long train trip, etc.

ASH8, 30 May 2025Well I got a good EOFY (end of financial year (Australia) J... moreWell I am replying to my own original chat on my new SAMSUNG Tab S10+5G.
So what do I think and expect.
Straight away the S10Tab5G looks cleaner, the display is Anti reflective like S24U and S25U....love it!..
Yes it has the Medivac Chipset, and honestly comparing the two on COLD Boot-loop the Galaxy S10Tablet with 5G is 2.5 seconds FASTER than the VERY SLOW TabS7+5G.
2.5 Seconds in an ETERNITY.
BOTH Tabs has the same Apps and Collection of Data as I mirror transferred it all from the Galaxy TabS7+5G to the SAMSUNG Galaxy TabS10+5G.
About two of my Apps would not be accepted to install as they were both outdated for Android 15, remember the Samsung Galaxy TabS7+5G uses old Android 13 as latest update for this Tablet, I did not want to root my S7+5G as I did not feel excited to screw it.
So far all in vert happy to trade up.
Don't forget the SAMSUNG GALAXY TabS9 ULTRA AND TabS10 ULTRA ARE IMO JUST TOO LARGE to use normally with two hands.
Maybe more LATER.

Well I got a good EOFY (end of financial year (Australia) June 30th) Deal so I decided to slightly upgrade from my Tab S7+5G to a current Tab S10Plus 5G.
I have not got it yet (delivery man) but I trust all will be OK.
I also own a TabS9+Ultra5G, while it is a beautiful Tablet it is just TOO BIG!, that 2 inches makes a huge difference in how one uses this Tablet.
The TabS9 Ultra is just too big!...end of story.
Too Large to man handle...but it is, until you own and use one you cant say they are 'convenient'.
Fine as an Android PC with Key-Pad, but really too large for anything else.
I have privately sold my S7+, so why change if it is the exact same size??.
Well this Tablet S10+5G has latest Android 14 to 15 with OneUi 6 to 7, the S7 stays at Android 13, again a big difference with the standard features.
I think the KeyPad from S9Ultra will fit with S10+5G?
Anyway I will let you know when I receive the new Tablet next week.

Blueblazzzen, 28 Apr 2025Ah ... yes it is, go look at all the med to low range table... moreMediatek is an excellent processor! Power efficient (= running cool, long battery life) and the one in my phone (Samsung A34, Mediatek Dimensity 1080) has been running flawlessly for 2 years, no slowdowns, no hiccups.. running as snappy as when new! I have no doubts whatsoever that Mediatek is much better than Exynos. SD may be better but for a different price though... Between Exynos and Mediatek, I will take the Mediatek any time!

I've been using mine for the past 1 month, I'll tell you for free it's smooth, flagship kinda smooth battery drain is 80%-20% in 5 and 1/2 hrs to 6 and 1/2hrs with mixed use on day to day use. So it's a solid purchase

Tab S9+ is the best Samsung tablet on the market at the moment. I also had the Tab S10+, the speakers on that one were way worse. The quality of sound is on S9+ is so much better. Also although the Dimensity 9300+ chip is stronger, almost all apps are better optimized for Snapdragon. I found that the S9+ feels snappier overall. Wi-fi connection is also more stable on S9+.

Switch the tablet off when it's discharged
Charge it fully while switched off
Switch on again.
A reboot won't solve this.

I have Wifi only, I closed all apps, and the battery went from 90% to 20% in 8 hours, without doing anything. I think the iPad's battery management is still the best. But considering this is a flagship tablet, I feel there is some injustice.

Anonymous, 01 Apr 2025Your acting as if mediatek isn't on par snapdragonI feel like its isn't. It's quite disgusting that Samsung use it in this device. Its aways warm, no matter what you do.
