I own this device. It is an excellent piece of equipment - fast, reliable and the writing experience is really great.
The only downside that I have with it is its size: don't be fooled that you can hold this device in hands for longer than a minute without getting tired. It is just not comfortable to be held in hand - it needs a stand for a desk or for the laps.
Regardless of this, I wouldn't trade it for S10+

Picked it up tax free for almost $900 US in Seoul airport tax free.
Replaces my very old S7 Tab which is still working very very well. Hope this one lasts as long. With the slim keyboard this time I am going to use it much like a laptop, and I guess my wife will get most the use out of it because she loves drawing. 2ms pen latency vs the S7's 10ms.
Don't care about the back camera. Nice that it has 2 front ones though and along the correct edge for using with the case. Nice to have an AMOLED2X display instead of a TFT also haha. I considered the S10+ but I wanted the larger display and it was only $100 price difference.
Normally wouldn't touch Samsung but for tablets the only other real option is Apple which I don't touch with a 10ft pole. I'll never buy a Samsung phone though after how garbage the 22U was.

Ultra price with less ultra specs
Back camera is from ancient 😁
Remove it if don't need it or keep and give better sensor for that price

As a marine engineer from India, I am torn between three devices for my online studies, content consumption, and trading activities: the Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra, Apple iPad Air M2, and iPad Pro M4. I currently use an iPhone 15 Pro Max and am seeking a device that will seamlessly integrate with my existing ecosystem.
The devices' prices are as follows:
- Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra (base model): ₹79,000 with 1 year of free accidental damage coverage
- Apple iPad Air M2: ₹75,000 (without Apple Pencil or Apple Care+)
- Apple iPad Pro M4: ₹1,19,000(without Apple Pencil or Apple Care+)
Key considerations for my purchase decision include:
1. *Future-proofing*: Will the Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra's processor be sufficient for the next 7 years, considering the promised 7 years of OS updates? Similarly, how will the iPad Air M2 and iPad Pro M4 hold up in the future?
2. *Upcoming releases*: Should I wait for the rumored new iPad Air with M3 processor, expected in early 2025, which may come with a free Apple Pencil Pro?
3. *Additional costs*: Galaxy Al will become a chargeable service from 2026. What are the potential costs associated with each device, including repair costs?
4. *Ecosystem integration*: As an iPhone user, I value seamless integration with my existing Apple devices. Or should I switch to samsung galaxy tab just for studies?

Adiyan, 06 Dec 2024Actually, the Dimensity 9300+ is faster than the Snapdragon... moreDimensity 9300+ loss a lot of its performance during stress testing and extreme use compared to Snape Dragon 8 gen 3. It highly rely on cpu power during extreme conditions which drain battery really fast. No wonder samsung put big fat battery on its latest tablet to counter the chip problem. They should have stick on Snape Dragon.

They could at least wait a bit, and use Mediatek Dimensity 9400 instead.. not worth the price if compare to what u can get with iPad line up. 9300+ is good but 9400 is greater!
