It's very heavy, the screen is not sharp, and it's not very fast. I can get around the screen and the speed but I can't get around how heavy it it. I would not recommend it.

Well, just got update to one ui 5.1 and the update notification said "Your Galaxy is now smarter and more powerful than ever." Which sounds threatening somehow haha. And are you sure about that, Samsung? Exynos 9611 in the year of 2023 here we go, let's see how smart and powerful it gets.
As usual I don't notice upgrade nor downgrade to performance, I'll comment again if anything changes later. The most noticable difference is that now the keyboard has different color than previous one. And now it has ctrl key? Or maybe it has always had ctrl key and I just noticed it now, haha.

3 years in and the screen got white spots that are visible when viewing gray background. Samsung and their cheapass TFT screen jeez. And the edges of the screen is less responsive for drawing. Ah well if you want a tablet for drawing just save up more for iPad, folks.

This tablet is ok if u wanna use to study. Big screen gives you comfort when reading slides and the S Pen feature actually helps a lot to do notes. Mine has been upgraded to Android 13, One UI 5. I thought it would stop at Android 12. I just updated mine a few days ago. Even though the display is LCD and not AMOLED, for me the display still looks very good. It's quite a sharp display for a tablet. I love the battery life too. I can use it from 8am class to 6pm class with a full charge. But, the charging time to go from 0 to 100 is very long tho, because the battery capacity is big but the charging speed is not that fast.
Now let's talk about the performance for gaming. We all know this tablet is not for gaming. It can run small games like CoC, which is the only game I play on this tablet. But if PUBGM, don't even dream about it LOL. Even in SMOOTH+ULTRA setting, the tablet still got heating issue and frame drop. It has EXTREME option for frame rate, but the tablet will be dying if you use that option. But the display still looks sharp when playing PUBGM. If u wanna play games, of course you wanna buy other more powerful tablet because this is absolutely not the one.
In a nutshell, this tablet is great to be used to study as a student.

I updated mine to one ui 5. It's interesting how some less well known app like Concept gets the icon make over while Google Drive doesn't. Hopefully this update will make the battery life better.
Another interesting thing is that now you can see the cpu temp (using 3rd party app on play store) while before it only shows battery temp. When I use the tablet for drawing sometimes it gets pretty warm so it's nice to be able to check the temp.
