Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S9 series is expected to bring at least three entries with the Tab S9, Tab S9+ and Tab S9 Ultra and we now have more details on the vanilla and Ultra models thanks to their Geekbench 6 listings.
Galaxy Tab S9 (SM-X716B) is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset with the main Cortex-X3 core clocked at 3.36 GHz and 8GB RAM. Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (SM-X916B) managed an even more impressive 2,054 points single-core score and a 5,426-point multi-core score. The device shares the exact same chipset and RAM configuration as the Galaxy Tab S9 and is also running on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.

The upcoming Ultra model tablet is expected to feature a similar design to its predecessor with a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display and an 11,200 mAh battery with 45W charging. The device is also rumored to bring IP68 water and dust resistance.
