Anonymous, 18 Sep 2023Please no TFT. It shouldn't even exist in 2023.Even the original iPad mini 2012 uses an IPS display. If this has TFT it means samsung has not respect for their customers and I'm never buying from them again.

Also, standard S7/S8 had TFT-LCD, while standard S9 uses Dynamic AMOLED 2X

Do you guys know what kind of panel TFT-displays use? TN. Yes, the ancient tech with the worst colors and viewing angles. This is a DBA, dead before arival.

Let's hope it will not cost more than 599 USD. Honestly - who will buy these expensive tablets, use them for 2.5 years, and then throw them away?

I hope S9 FE will come with GSM Phone Function... If it will, I will order my favorite color. If not, I'm gonna find used S7+ 5G.

Exynos 1380 user here. I can say as a beginner this chipset is pretty bad because it can't support 60fps in PUBG Mobile and that's enough to judge it because I know how heavy the game is compared to other games except Dead by Daylight: Mobile. But, for everyday use it is good.

It'd be funny to see this tablet has USB3 with wired video output and DeX mode despite sharing the same SoC as the Galaxy A54. If this tablet can have it, then there's absolute no reason for top-end Galaxy A phones to have such hardware capability. Samsung have no problem doing it with the Galaxy XCover6 Pro that has the same upper-midrange Snapdragon 778G SoC as the A52s 5G and the A73.

Anonymous, 23 Aug 2023Amoled is the only reason why people prefer android tab ove... moreI mean no not really, I'd prefer an ips panel if it meant better refresh rate and HDR capabilities (dolby vision, hdr10+ bt 20.20) and being 10/12bit like on ipads, other android tabs using ips panels.
Only reason this tab sells is because its by samsung, unfortunately, so people automatically think its the best thing since sliced bread when in reality its one of the worst tablets on the market (other than super super cheapo ones or the pixel tablet)

Amoled is the only reason why people prefer android tab over an ipad .. now samsung is giving you in fe version too . Now give us an 8 inch amoled too
