why have my phone only had Samsung logo on screen? I try use wipe data / factory reset and delete all user data but after that my phone didn't work , still have only Samsung Logo. Who can help me please?

My phone is samsung galaxy v. My phone is off when I turn on, it says phone lock, I know the password too, it used to work but when I turned on the last time, clear the data of samsung keyboard. Now I enter my password it does not accept. I want unlock my phone without losing any data in my phone. please help me guys

Ak47, 05 Apr 2016 what do you expect in this price range?Its super slow and the battery percentage is really annoying because sometimes mostly all of the tine when you use an app including youtube after your done when you look at percentage its 50+ i think depends how long you have been using it but when you remove the battery and put it back again or you restart when you turn it on it says battery low 5percent sometimes 15 percent but it wad 50+ percent plus ,WORST PHONE EVER

i try to copy all the files , photos , videos... etc....
REMOVE MY my sim -
then i try to format the phone by using the DATA AND RESET -
after the phone formating i try to put my sim again then its works better than i used it before -
it can recieve , send messages even calls work better than before -
just try it ^_^

How do fix the problem that sometimes can not send or receiving message or calls . But have a signal at the top of the phone , but still not attending . What kind of solution do i have to do? Thank you

My problem with this phone, it loses the signal most of the time. Had to restart each and every time. Also some text messages are not sending and you have to restart again before you press resend.

The camera does'nt have a focus and the phone can easily hangs and lags. In the commercial, it says that the camera is bright even in what angles but when I'm using it, I'm so very disappointed. And also it's performance
