Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 gets new Rose Gold colorway and major software update
Samsung did not announce a new smartwatch at its Galaxy Unpacked event yesterday but its 40mm Galaxy Watch Active2 did get a new Rose Gold color option with a purple strap to match the new S21 series Phantom Violet colorway. In addition to that, Samsung has begun seeding a big new software update for all Watch Active2 units.
The new firmware brings an onboard Samsung Health app, faster automatic workout detection and home training fitness programs among others. Another new addition is SmartThings Find which helps you locate the watch if it's ever misplaced.
Update changelog
The new R820XXU1DUA3/R820GFC1DUA3 builds comes in at nearly 85MB in size and is seeding in Canada and South Korea for now though it will soon make its way to more regions around the globe.

Still no update, over a year waiting for ECG n PO2 not to mention Samsung pay which isn't available in Ireland. Big disappointment with Samsung watch, I could spend €300 for much much better watch with all essentials I wanted!
