Internationally, Moto G75 has all of those features + 5 years of updates, while being *less than half* the price !!!
(Except for Pogo pins & headphone jack)
in the US, Moto G Power (2025) is almost identical to G75 but with a worse chip & a worse update policy of 2 years. (But on the bright side, it gets a headphone jack)
People shouldn't buy this phone, it's made for big retailers to buy in bulk & give it for free to their employees.

the only advantage of this vs XCover6 Pro is the esim support, stereo speakers, and slightly higher capacity battery. XCover6 Pro has a triband wifi. XCover6 Pro looks more appealing than this XCover7 Pro. no DEX support for XCover7 Pro.

Brutal price, total insanity. Besides, I'm pretty sure a regular phone with a carefully chosen case and protector is much more durable than this. I drop my phones regularly and only broke a few screen protectors.

However, it is arguably meant to replace the XCover6 Pro - a phone from 2022, with almost identical performance (if the leaked specs are correct). It does not bode well for the future of the XCover series if its top level stops progressing. And Samsung does not release these every year - I doubt we will see an XCover8 Pro before 2028, that is a looong time stuck on 6GB.

For example, regular Xcover 7 costs here 260$ with warranty, i think its quite good for such phone.

There has been nothing about a 64GB version of the Pro, and online shops only list it with 128GB so far (like https://yritystietokoneet.fi/samsung-galaxy-xcover7-pro-128gb/cat-p/c/p1005897898). Same with USB; the old XCover7 had just USB 2.0, hence that is on the page here, but as far as I can tell nothing is actually known about what the Pro will get.

Old one has Dex, even if it struggled due to 6gb ram. Which they ended up reusing again.
