Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 appears on Gekbench with Dimensity 6100+ chipset

The Galaxy XCover 7 is Samsung's next entry in the rugged smartphones series and after seeing its leaked renders earlier this week, we now have a Geekbench run which detail its key specs. The phone is listed as the Samsung SM-G556B and is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset and 6GB RAM.

The device managed a 663 single-core score and 1,867 points in the multi-core department. The listing also revealed Android 14 which is likely paired with One UI 6. There's no official word when we can expect to see the XCover 7’s announcement but speculations suggest its coming in Q1 2024.

crazy, a 4 HUNDRED phone coming with the same ram and cpu power as my 2020 redmi note 9s I paid €50. superb pricing. No, two extra pieces of plastic don't justify the absurd price.

only 6 gb ram? why is Samsung not working on anything better? android 14 might take up a lot of memory, and i believe it will be laggy. i was looking forward buying this phone, but 600 for 6 gb ram,at least 8......

My region isn't going to buy this or any xcover. Maybe I would. But most wouldn't since it's 2 to 3 times the cost of their camera meme phone of their choice.
