Love my B5512, still using here in 2020. Only issue I have with phone is, does anyone know how can you turn off Proximity Sensor ? Gets annoying when screen goes black when your hand gets near screen when typing in voicemail passwords or having to punch in codes during a call. User manual says there is supposed to be setting in Call Settings to turn off Proximity, but my menu has no such option. Thanks

HOW CAN I RESET THIS PHONE TO FACTORY SETTING.Because I can not make a call & nor receive the calls.Immediately phone disconnects after one ring.
