My Samsung ... morewell...maybe you have a battery saver application because it automatically does that to save battery whenever it is running low also try putting a pattern lock on the screen to prevent accidental activations of
applications or commands.......

Can any body help me in resolving one issue?
My Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 switches to and from the silent mode on its own or may be due to some command applied by me accidently. So, whenever I put it somewhere (out of my pocket) and if at that time it goes to the silent mode and some body calls me I can not hear the ring tone (obviously) and then could not attend that call.
I would be very grateful for the kind and valuable support of any one in overcoming that problem. Thank you.

I bought a Galaxy Y 4 months back and so far it has not been upto my expectation. There are certain problems faced such as
1. When we end call it shows as Hanging up and it stays for nearly 2-3 mins.
2. The back button does not work but when it was showed to the service center they said it is because of the screen guard and you should remove this. And from that time I did not face this problem.
Battery is good but connected to internet it drains off very early.
The touch pad keys are so small that its difficult to type messages.
Last but not the least I would give a rating of 4/10.
Would really like to change the phone. Please suggest any good mobile in 7 to 10K range

the touchscreen is very reponsive the keys work perfectly its a pretty well built phone and its cheap. it runs the apps perfectly fluid and can even run some apps that google play thinks is not for this phone. if you are thinking about buying this phone than go ahead. it wont dissappint you.

its very nice phone i bought it on 23rd march and its now around 4months i have downloded more then 70 to 80 apllication and ech 1 is good i suggest the buyers who want to by mobile in the rang of rs.10000 should buy galaxy yyyyyy
