I own this phone for a while now. I hate the fact that Google allowed Samsung to make 2 versions for their FLAGSHIP phone and even more that the two phones are not identical in size (The i9023 is approximately 1mm longer and 1mm thicker than the i9020) - Most accessories won't fit and all the screen-protecting stickers will be too short and allow dust and garbage to collect between the sticker and the edges of the phone.
The fact there is no Micro-SD slot is OK because it comes with 16gb built-in memory but the fact the phone costs more than the Galaxy S (Captivate/Vibrant) and doesn't even come with a Gorilla Glass screen, is infuriating. This phone has 'oleophobic display' which doesn't really do much because the oils still have to be somewhere - it's just easier to clean the oils off the screen with a microfiber cloth. Also, there have been numerous claims on Android forums about this phone's anti-oil coating's tendency to begin peeling off after a few months of use.
I do not recommend this phone to anybody.

who the heck uses the radio.... what're you? 60? i dont even listen to the radio in my car. and i dont know anyone nowadays that does. im pretty sure this was focused towards the younger crowd like everything else. we young ones know what "mp3"s are --; and to tell you the truth... i NEVER take out my sd card from my phone o.o at first i thought that would be a giant issue but when you think RARRRRLLLLYYYYY hard. you dont really have a reason to remove it --; if you can remember to carry around a sd adapter. you can remember to carry around your usb. --; oh and transfers? blue tooth ftw. You trolls need to stop poking at the unimportant matters --;

is there any one to help me i am confused because i really wanna know durability of this surface against scratch is it better "oloephobic surface" that is used in this phone or "gorilla glass display" that is used into some other products like a i9000 galaxy s or etc.

aku, 09 May 2011heyy dearr, pls tel me one thing if we compare between iph... moreif you are smart, go for real smart phone and thats Nexus S. Nothing can beat an open source Operating System. By the time you will learn more about Android, you will love it and will never regret.

I bought this in January and this is the the best, most pleasing, electronic device that I bought for a long, long time. In my recent memory I don't recall being so satisfied.
