Hi,
I bought Samsung google nexus s i9023.
Could you please let me know if you come to know whether we can do video chat (not a video call )
over 3g by the third party applications like skype , Tango, Qik etc from my nexus s over 3g.? (I know that this is possible by wifi network.)
Are our mobile operators like Airtel , vodafone are blocking that facility ?

no single core fone can play full HD videos
it can play HD video maxing out at 720p
it is the zippiest single core fone available
if yu dont want to consider dual core fones dan it is the best option for gaming
you may also consider lg optimus black for its battery saving nova display n sleek n light looks bt then its android 2.2

watch it for ultra bright n power saver NOVA display
very thin n light elegant looks
frawback is android 2.2 wich its going to b upgraded
as promised by lg

by far nexus is better better than i9003
16gb internal memory is enough to combat the sl version of galaxy sl
morover gingerbread is the topping on the cake
no confirmation of gingerbread in i9003 as yet
video calling through skype is possible the biggest reason to go for nexus
nexus myt not b that user frndly as it is raw google OS
for the updates this is going to b the first one in the queue
rest is yur take on the two fone

I got I9023 in India last week. It's proper dimensions are 124.7mm*63mm*11.5mm and weighs about 140g which is more than I9020 dimensions. Had a chance to compare with AMOLED version, SC-LCD displays text very clearly. White background(which is common in most of the websites) on SC-LCD is better than AMOLED. White is clear white in SC-LCD whereas its yellowish in AMOLED. Camera snaps taken in a software office environment looks good in AMOLED. It was dull in SC-LCD. Battery lasted for around 24hrs on a single charge with some texting(15-20 sms), browsing(EDGE, 1 hour), Video play(1 hour), call (1 hour), Game(half an hour).

Does anybody who has used the Indian version of this phone come up with the GPS performance of the same. As I read in a lot of forums that the phone does not lock onto gps satellites, and even if it does, it's only for a short period. Any update on the same would be highly appreciated and as soon as possible. I am very keen on buying this phone, people! Regards

Hey guys just need to ask that after there has been a massive price drop ..should i buy this phone ..i mean i need a phone with good battery life and also the ui should be customisable to some extEnt..i love htc in terms of personalizations but it has death grip problems so cant help it ..pls i need ur help regarding this phone that is it worthy to buy or should i go for anyother smartphone..:|

its 21k on samsung showroom on forum, blore..the phone runs like butter..real smooth on comparing with galaxy s (may be cos of andro 2.3 but really really smooth)..it has a light sensor, led flash..and d other specs r same as galaxy s..the only thing i hate is it records only wvga videos..if it records at 720p i could recommend this over galaxy s as this is very smooth..

pls tell me how go to camera settings. i'm not the basic settings(swap cameras, flash, etc). we can see on the camera screenand how can i zoom in & out .

hi all nexus users..i had a question i need to ask you guys..actually im planning to buy a smartphone..budget is around 20k ..at this stage when nexus s price is already dropped to 20k ..is it still worth buying or should i go for any other one..??
--> i need a lag free ui..my galaxy sl just pisses me off with that..
--> should have a very decent battery life..main usage will be browsing..music..watching movies..
--> last thing to ask is that i love a user friendly device..and should have a good customization option..so you could suggest any other incase not to go for nexus s..
