bocko1989, 14 Dec 2012is the phone laggy or freeze when using android 4.1 jelly bean?well jelly bean is the best of android yet....and for best experience of jelly bean use nexus devices....jelly bean works on different architecture and design , sometimes because of heavy usage u can feel some lags in between but just temporary, because it's a single core device but overall it completely deals with jelly bean, Google has optimized the jelly bean for nexus s in really different way to make it effective without any lag so don't worry use it flawlessly

ali, 24 Dec 2012dose it really has a 512 mb ram, no lags?? and what about b... moreit have 343mb of ram in stock kernel but if u root it and try some 3rd parties kernels like mermite and air , u could get 407 mb ram and battery is fully depends on ur usage...

Nana, 14 Jan 2013somebody pls help me... my nexus s i9023 has a pathetic bat... moreWell nexus s is always facing a problem of battery drainage, but not like u, tell me from last how many months u r using it? try to switch off nfc, wifi, bluetooth , hardware keys vibrations , set display to automatic , use nq mobile booster app, and even after doing that , if u still face battery drainage in just 1 hour then u need to change ur battery , or try to fix this problem from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=880

I bought Google nexus on 15th of this month and all of the sudden while using it it got switched off and never came back to normal.. so pathetic .. Tried to get it repair in few service centers but couldnt succeed.. Didnt use it even for a single day.. :( Hope some one is listning to this and come back to me with solution
