nima, 13 Nov 2012is this update to jb 4.2 ?Unfortunately it was discontinued at 4.1.2, very impressive life span. It has almost identical hardware to the Galaxy S (1) and it got 3 major releases ahead of it.
If your willing to tamper then search in google "unlock nexus s bootloader" and head to Xda.

How do I get it to use 3G/4G I unticked the 2G box and have a 4G data plan but the phone keeps showing "E" not 3G or the "H" like on my galaxy pro... the network tests show up as EDGE

hi guys. i've been using the Nexus s for about a month now. updated to jelly bean 4.1.2 last week and what i can say is what a GREAT UPDATE!!!!! more faster, smooth and stable than 4.1.1. now just hope that it can get 4.2 update soon!!!!
