A horrible nightmare! I purchased it yesterday evening and I exchanged it today morning. I just can't tolerate this bad phone!

        Useless phone! Not a single feature work properly! Push a button 10 times to make it work once! It is a horrible nightmare! Sound is so low and faint , that it can not even be heard. Battery takes a long time to get charged and drains very quickly! The phone keeps hanging from time to time. Phone automatically gets switched off on its own! The actual place of this Samsung phone should be in the dustbin among garbage! It is good for nothing in reality!

          This Samsung Mobile is very problematic and the best solution is to avoid it totally altogether. There are much better options available in market today like Nokia 105 , in the same budget. I purchased this Samsung phone 3 days ago and now today I exchanged it for Nokia 105.

              I bought this phone 1week back .. This is OK for me for battery backup and basic use for calls. But one pbm is going on from 2 days

              For every 10mins beep sound is coming without any alert on display and no reason for it automatically.

              Can anyone solve this

                I bought this phone about five months ago. I have had no problems at all. It is a basic phone with music and good battery life. Thank you Samsung for this phone. I make calls, send and receive messages with two lines. That is all I want in phone. Communication.

                  My husband brought this Samsung Mobile for me. I don't know what to say , I am highly disappointed with this phone. The sooner I get rid of it, the better. I am going to exchange it today only with Nokia 230. I would suggest every one to avoid this Samsung phone completely, if you want peace in your life. This Samsung phone is good for nothing!

                    It was a great mistake of mine that I thought to buy this dumb, trash Samsung phone. Nokia 105 was a much more better option in the same budget.I purchased it for my younger sister. I am very fed up and frustrated with this Samsung phone and do not know what to do now ! My sister has to push a button atleast 20 times to make it work once. Battery life is horrible, takes long time to get charged, sometimes do not take charge at all. Keep on hanging from time to time. Features do not function properly. Sound quality is low and horrible! It gets switched off automatically on its own. It is very irritating! I just have to get rid of this trash ! I am a great fan of Samsung myself. I am having S6 Edge. But this model of Samsung has disappointed me greatly!

                      I am highly frustrated after buying this useless Samsung phone. The phone hangs most of the time and does not function properly. It suddenly gets switched off on its own. I am going to throw away this phone and buy Nokia 230 or Nokia 105 instead , seriously!

                        Music player is not working if we come out of the music player app. Also no Bluetooth option. I am very much dissatisfied with this phone.

                          I purchased this Samsung phone for my younger brother 2 days ago,and now I am repenting it. It is the most worthless horrible phone in the world.I sold it however today and then purchased Nokia 230 (black ) for my brother's birthday gift and we are very happy with it indeed. Thank you Nokia! Keep it up!

                            Rubbish horrible phone. Never buy it. It is always much better to buy Nokia 230 or Nokia 105 or Nokia 225.

                              No Background play in Music Player (Play stops if you come back to home screen). i am disappointed with this player.
