I bought this phone in Dec 2013 It has been perfect,not any issues at all, I probably should purchase a new battery,Been five years, but not sure, the old saying "if it ain't broke,don,t fix it"

Love it so far but I have read some of these reviews here and I would advise people with battery issues to down load du battery booster from google store or one of many battery boosters the and monitor the things consuming battery and program the booster white list to keep the stuff on that you use .I my self spent hours tinkering with that and my battery does not over heat and lasts way longer .du is the best battery app I ever tried but it takes time to set up. And it has a trickle charge feature that really helps battery life span . Of course I use the du speed booster with it.

Love the phone but after owning it for only 2 months it will not charge or connect to computer, problem with charger port on phone...:)

I hate this phone. I've had it almost a year and it's given me so many issues. It won't charge, mine gets so hot too after about 25 mins. I've had to get a couple replacements already. Any suggestions on a different phone I'm looking to switch?

This phone gets so hot after only 30 mins of use....Samsung is giving me the run around about resets and buying new battery. I've only had this phone for 15 days.will not talk on it be."!cause it gets too hot!sweats against the screen protector. Verizon won't help me either.they refer me to Samsung. WHEN I WANTED TO PURCHASE THIS PHONE I DID NOT CALL SAMSUNG I CALLED VERIZON DO DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WON'T HELP. So this phone is useless.... do not buy an illusion......very very dissatisfied.
