Sounds like you are a rep for Samsung or cheerleader for them.
Since you distribute phones, it seems that if you encountered a problem, you could easily swap the phone or similiar.
please be advised that only when you are placed first hand in the position of paying for a contract month in and month out when you do have the handset; then you may comment without predjudice.
our stories may be unhappy for you but it is reality for us. if this bugs you then relook at this website and determine the objective of it.
We do not aim to sugar coat or lie but the facts have to be known. i have witnessed first hand the unprofessionalism of Samsung and whilst you may be a humble employee in a phone shop; i deal with Global brands on a daily basis.
but hey, What goes around comes around. Take a Samsung I560 on your next contract and then talk to me when you own the phone and not selling it.

i recieved my phone today as well and the Garmin was still not working. I took it to Garmin itself. They trade in Durban as AVN Trading and can be found in the Durban North Area.
my friend Stephen re-formatted the memory card and tested it. it seems to be working now.
you Should try them because the Phone manufacturers will not be able to sort this out for you as you have given the phone for repairs without the memory card.
i hope this makes sense.

Isincerely hope that you get your phone exchanged becasue Samsung will only do that as their last resort. Instead they would rather blame the service provider and vice versa. I did recieve my phone today but i am stil not impressed. The main board was changed and now only time will tell.

got this phone last week, so far its been great, GPS especially, once thing I cant do is sync this with my Vista contacts, it keeps looking for outlook express ( windows XP ) any advice ?

Excellent Phone, looks StyLish. Symbian S60 v3 great OS,applications are endless. Garmin GPS, just as good as Nuvi stand alone. Camera pretty good even without Auto-Focus. Easy 2 use Mp3 player with Album Art. Great build quality.

I am looking at gettin the Samsung I560,looks and specs say it is an excellent phone however my question is. The Garmin for life, I know that is forever, but do i like get free updates?

Hi there. Got my Samsung i560 for just over two weeks now. So far the phone is great. Battery life is not that impressive though. GPS works great.
However can someboby answer 1 question for me. Does the phone support themes like the sony ericsson phones.
at present the phone has 3 themes downloaded ( i think it is factory standard) they even got a web folder for downloaded themes but whenever i try to download a theme it does not work.
please help me anyone
