this is the cheap and best android fone available in market... I'm using this since 2010 Jan, even today I feel like i'm using a new fone.. If u want to enjoy this, u have to root this fone... and u can have all the fun!!!

For a "budget" android phone, it is quite good. The call sound quality is more than adequate and Eclair 2.1 runs well. A couple of things I didn't like about the phone (and it is mentioned in the gsmarena review) are first, the way the camera works. Press the shutter to focus, THEN release to take a picture?! And how all photos seem to be stuck in portrait mode. A real pain the behind once you download them to your PC or upload them to a photo sharing site.
The second is how easily this thing runs out of space. Unless you're using froyo 2.2. you need a mod (pain in the behind "root" procedure) to be able to save apps on the SD card. Not sure if this is the case with all android phones, but if it is, then small wonder Apple's App store is leaps and bounds ahead of the Android Market. You can't encourage sales if everyone's phones have no space to store more apps.

I bought it a week ago and and updated it to Eclair 2.1 after 2 days. So far so good. I changed the homescreen to LauncherPro. I also rooted it to be able to use live wallpaper, but using live wallpaper makes the phone laggy. Everything about this phone is good, except the ring volume. I missed a lot of incoming calls due to low speaker volume.
