I have samsung i780. I need to unlock the screen but the touch screen is not working. Anyone to assist? when i try to unlock it shows "tap unlock or press *. i have tried to press * but not working

Create a folder named welcome.not
Insert the memory card and switch on the phone... that's it

Anonymous, 21 Sep 2012i have one.. can i upgrade the soft ? any possiblity to up... moreThe phone is so good and the software is user friendly,only that the battery dont last long.Also it refused to update the software.But that dosnt stop the i780 from being a smartphone coz it performs wonders any smartphone can do.Also,my i780 has no radio.Thank you SAMSUNG for being innovative coz ure ever producing smartphone techinologies which makes us enjoy our digital world in a more fun way.

my sgh i780's touch screen doesnt work, it gives me a "no service status", cnt receive calls with it. i formated it , now stack on screen alignment. it shows no responce. what should i do?
