Guys, need a little help. I was wondering if it is possible to have an application that will work like an iPhone to my Samsung i780?
How about a "Garmin XT"; where can I find that?
Can you please tell me a link or a site which is easy to download and upload it to my phone.
What are the other applications that is applicable to our i780?
One more thing...Has anybody here happen to install HTC Home to their i780? Kindly please share a little of the helpful links and tips on how to install it.

i am being foolish on posting this but i am having problem when connecting the phone via usb to my computer it does not pick up my phone.i installed the cd and still this active sync does not pick up my phone please help?

You can do that by going to settings > connections > advanced > select networks.

For those who want to have metro manila gps map for i780, there are 2 softwares to choose from. There is Garmin Mobile XT and Mapking 2007. I've used both but I prefer using Garmin coz it is more updated and its not just metro manila map but it is a Philippine map but in the provinces, only major roads are available. Meanwhile, mapking only has metro manila map and it is less updated.

Good day all. I have recently purchased the SGH i780 and I love it! Battery life pretty ok, mail synchronization: perfect. However, I do have some questions:
1. Can anyone explain how to send msgs to multiple contacts? Right now am selecting them one for one.
2. I always buy Samsung phones and I use my call manager to manage my call summaries to control my usage. I can't seem to find this option with the i780!
3. Usually, with all my Samsungs, I can lock my messages or call details or phone bock with a password to prevent other from reading my private msgs, this neither I can't seem to find with the i780.
Is anyone outthere that can help me out with the above mentioned. Will highly appreciate it. Greetings from sunny Aruba!!

Abs, 08 Feb 2009does the i780 support up to 16GBOfficially it supports 8gb, but i've seen a 16gb Sandisk sdhc card working in the unit also. But try before buy:) Regards!
