Hi all,
I read below that youtube videos arent a prob. however, when I go to the youtube site on my i780 and try to open something: I wait for about 15 seconds and then an error message pops up saying "unable to play file"
I have tried youtube in both IE and opera but neither works. I have also tried m.youtube.com........ that doesnt work either. I'm connecting over wifi because i dont bother with dataplans. Are there settings i need to change or do I need to download a whole new program? HELP! (plz)

Hi....My contact disappeared after i turned off my phone and charged it. does anyone know how to get it back?

Is there any way to automatically disconnect the Internet connection after automatically synchronizing? Mine stays connected and drains my battery.... please help. I also cannot get my bluetooth to see my computer. My computer picks up the phone as a "network access point" .... any ideas?

Some so... moreI did reinstall ActiveSync on the laptop a few times already and never added new programs to my laptop since I added ActiveSync to it, I only add new programs to my desktop. I have Kaspersky on both (if that helps anything to give you more info). Reinstalling Windows...indeed a nightmare but not too bad since I don't have alot of programs running on my laptop anyway. You're sure it couldn't be anything else?

You need someone who understands computers to look at it, otherwise it will be difficult. I would backup the data and reinstall:) Regards!

Maybe you should try reinstall active-sync and the device..If that doesn't help maybe outlook is making trouble. But it could be anything. You won't like what i'm about to tell you, but there's only one procedure that will make it work 4 sure aka reinstall windows...If you're a heavy business user that's like a suicide:)i know...Hope you solve the issue:=)

What should I do with my other pc (laptop) in order for my phone to sync with that one since that is the one I'm carrying to work and back so I need to sync with that one, not my home desktop pc.

Someone asked how to send multiple sms's.... you just add a ";" between numbers or contacts like you would in an email.

I can't seem to sync my phone with my laptop anymore. It used to sync perfect for almost a year but no matter what I do now I can't get it to sync anymore? I reinstalled ActiveSync on my pc but to no avail. Some help please? Synching my appointments was the main reason for taking this phone and that's what I use the most.

Deep, 23 Dec 2008i am planning to buy i780 but i am confused b/w i780 and e7... moreOh i almost forgot....with Nokia u don't get the touch experience...that was the final thing that made me go for i780...because i really got tired of Symbian - new phone that looks exactly like the old one (from the software point of view). But for some people thats exactly what they want - a new improved device with the software that doesn't hide any surprises:))) Cheers!

Deep, 23 Dec 2008i am planning to buy i780 but i am confused b/w i780 and e7... moreHI! Haven't used e71, so i will only focus on your questions regarding i780:)
1) bulk messages - you will have to explain what do you mean by that:(
2) there are several backup options available for wm. I use Samsung's Mits, but i have noticed that it doesn't backup calendar (contacts, messages, photo id's etc is all in)
3) battery life is great - you'll hear a lot of praise for that one:)
4) about the keys - well you could say they are a bit hard but that's a matter of preference...
Main thing that you should focus on is either you will have a symbian or windows mobile phone. Because those are really the only major differences. If it's your first wm phone i would be careful since windows mobile requires quite a while to get to know, but it pays off later since you can customize every single thing....on the other hand Nokia is also solid & powerful business device but is hardly customizable...At the end it's again only matter of preference and what you expect from the device...I was on the same roll and went for i780:)Cheers!

I also have that problem....It will not connect to msn with wi-fi. I heard there are some workarounds there but i never actually got a solution for the issue. They said that the new version of the phone should have that resolved:) but obviously it's still around. Sorry..Regards!

i am planning to buy i780 but i am confused b/w i780 and e71... plzzzzzzzzz help... how can i send bulk messages through i780, does it hav a complete back-up option including calender entries and messages, if not then how can i get it?? how is the battery response?? and are the keys really hard as compared to e71, cz i heard so... so plz plz help me out i need to decide fast.......
