Hi. I don't have this phone but was seriously considering it. I spoke with the samsung customer rep here in the Philippines and was informed this phone cannot synch with Lotus Notes Email calendar. That's too bad if true. I hope this is something samsung fixes in the very near future considering they are packaging this as a business phone. thanks.

I just got my i780 yesterday and it is a personal and natural upgrade from Benq P50 (2 1/2 yrs).

Both phone looks rather similar in a nutshell: qwert keyboard, touch screen and size.
Bits and pieces of both phones:
Features that Benq P50 has and not in i780
- Voice commander
- Universal Remocon (IrDA remote control)
- Standard 240 x 320 pixels
- 1 piece stylus
- Standard mini usb port
- Rounded and high keyboard button (easy pressing)
- Camera flash
- IrDA
Big turn off from i780
- non standard 320x320 screen
- weird telescopic stylus
- unresponsive touch screen (due to screen gap)
- Flat keyboard button (hard to press)
- non standard ubs port
- only 1 LED indication
No doubt that i780 has more features (3G,HSDPA,GPS,WM6) and lighter/stable but for those who uses a Benq P50 would agrees with me that i780 could be much better if those Benq features are included.
My verdict: i780 still the best replacement for Benq P50 and i am slowing loving this phone.
p/s: review and comparison totally based between Benq P50 and i780. Former Benq P50 user pls give some feedback.

Hi guys! Been using i780 for about two weeks. Can say only one thing - awesome. But if you combine it with spb's mobile shell plug-in then the phone besomes spectacular. Have fun with the device - i already have. Greets

Hi. I read in here that you need IBM Lotus EasySynch to synch it with lotus notes. I think we need to purchase this software still. Is it not included in the standard software accompanying the phone? (e.g. in a CD) I think if we buy this, it costs $68.25

the only thing this lacks for me is the camera pixel its just 2 mp! the rest of the feature, awesome!!
