I understand, it's not a gorilla glass..
Anyway, do you find it sensitive for scratches ?
Do you use any screen protection ? If not, did your screen got scratched just from using it with fingers ?

Excellent phone, enough memory and high speed processor. I have not complain about this smartphone. Very useful the projector.

i have used the samsung galaxy beam and it's good the sound output is excellent, the video recording is good, battery life is over n above normal, the projector is a feature to brag abt it's excellent at night, the internet speeds r great n downloads do end quickly, but they shld have given it a better camera and zooming ability.

Hi dear colleagues,
So is anywhere released official OTA Jelly bean version for Beam ? Or Samsung thinks, that it's enough some leaked beta version on the internet?
Maybe I would risk to flash it , but I'm not sure about mine Beam warranty after that, plus I heard
not one opinion, that after this leaked JB update , phone becomes laggy ..
If you have JB update , please share your experience !

I have this phone for last 2 month. it is a very good machine but language is mostly chinese especially for new application instalation, so unable to get use except projector. Even i can't use maps as input language is chinese. plz tell me solution that it can leran english only. thanx

Stick with 2.3.6 ,,i mean it has everything,
Here some programs i use and recomment
1.dice player>>plays everything perfectly..{alternative Mx player 1.7.10 neon-no newer version}
2 Color Flashlight LED HD >> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.socialnmobile.hd.flashlight
You can write messages easilly using the whole screen and project them leaving everyone surprised,plus it has the cirle illusion which projects many meters away trolling people.
3.Bass booster pro>>surprisingly i don't use this for bass,it makes the earphones more louder using simply the volume booster profile[it's simply an equalizer].
Movies get a lot of extra punch and it has a very nice virtualizer{like surround}makes larger soundstage..really works
AND FINAL MAKE YOUR PROJECTOR BETTER AND PERFECT FOR LET'S SAY..100 INCH 120 130 NOT SURE YET...
Use virtual dub and add filters to the original video.
Increase contrast,gamma add a little saturation and sharpness and the result is amazing!!Re encode the movie using x264 and boom the projector feels like let''s say 100-200 lumens can't be sure.
