whose stupid that say said this device can able to use for corporate projector..look this mobile phone with lcd projector but that's for fun. for me Samsung is Number ONE Smartphone around the world please do not envy because you are not SMALL people.

do you think the little projector of samsung beam has a lifespan just like the projector we used in ppt presentation? if it has no lifespan i will buy that android phone.. thank you guys

Its projector is not good because it play only AVI or divx formate of video mp4 and 3gp cant play what the hell

it is great power point demo
my daughter takes video in the night sky and
then watches it in the bedrm ceiling it last
for hours even plugged in. plus the android apps have a whole lot of fun i down load movies
and my whole family watches in the tv room
i hope the led could keep up with me only about 30 movies so far and i only got it 8 days now i'm on holiday wow its great

I'm from the Mindoro, Philippines and I bought my Samsung i8530 Galaxy Beam at CMK Cellphones (an online store). I am very amazed by the wonder of this Phone. Battery life is good, projector quality is excellent! Galaxy Beam + Altec Lansing Speaker + Dim Room = Cinema at Home ^_^
I highly recommend this phone!

just got mine today from hk. i was kinda disappointed that it came only with one battery of 2000mAh when supposedly it is 2. android 2.3.6 OS. i used to own the 1st galaxy beam, at least, the 2nd one does not heat up as fast as the older one. oh yeah, there are no snowflakes for the 15lumens DLP so far :) hope the battery lasts me for a day at least. i give this phone 8/10... would have been better it the desktop charger and extra battery came along as freebies..approx 4000hkd or 24000php

can the projector work whilst still plugged onto the power cable. would be gr8 if it can and prolong movie or presentation watching. does it aslo support microsoft powerpoint
