Hi guys.. I'm a gs2 i9100G user.. Buy it 10/3/2012.. My problem with this smartphone is, sometime the camera failing.. Another problem that i had is the sound from music or video player dint come out sometime... When this probleme,what i have to do is just restart my phone... Problem solve... It just simple as that.... I'm enjoy very2 much using this phone.... The problem that i have din't bothering me at all... In my point of view when i start using this gs2 i9100G is: fast web surf with 3G(lightning fast with wifi), sharp video recording, sharp still picture, clear screen view, fast HD game loading.. It a great peformance smartphone from samsung... Superb.. Will upgrade to gs3 if have the money.. Hehe...

My music player freezes & the sound Quality is pathetic any fix for this people... after taking it to the Service enter, there is no solution.... its frustruating.

Do not buy I9100G. Its the imitation version of Original S2. I am a victim. But luckly i got my money back. The G version will spoil the name of Original S2.

for those having crash problem, do not update by yourself, visit samsung customer care centre and they will do it perfectly for you....reinstalling can also help....
Does anyone know when will ics come for this model?

Abhi, 21 Mar 2012Hi, I had updated my fone sometime before to the version... moreUninstall kies completly and reintall it . I too faced this problem after updating my phone to ver:2.3.6 . It works again by reinstalling the kies software hope it helps you :)

Metro Group owner of Media Markt and Saturn CHEATS people!!!
They advertise to sell the samsung S2 i9100 with a cheaper price, but they are selling the i9100G version. The i9100 is faster and have other benefits.
It's like you buy a BMW 530 and then you find out that the reason to be cheaper, was a motor chip which limits the car to 2000 cm3!
