I have bought samsung galaxy s 2 a month back , on the box its written 9100 but 9100g on the handset and i also found my ph is slower than my brothers s2 . Pls advice what should i do know

guys don's be fooled this is by no means samsung galaxy s2 it's just an alternate device of the original samsung galaxy s2 i9100. i9100G is very weak compared to the original i9100 when it comes to 3d graphics try to play tap tap revenge 4 on this i9100G you'll see that it's very laggy also quardant benchmark first 3d test look at the frames it's just 12 to 15 frames compared to the original i9100 60 frames this i9100G cpu and gpu is very weak compared to exynos and mali 400 mp found in 19100.

if your I9100G hang or malfunction, try restart the phone by pressing the power key for 8 seconds, so you don't have to remove the battery

cant one up grade this device to the latest version as it is designed by samsung.... if no den the phone is to be compared with nokia

Guys i have been reading all your posts every day .even im one of th ose fooled by samsung,got an i9100g.after reading the posts i mailed contnsly to support.india website,i also visited many service centres all over in mumbai.finally yest got a call from samsung that ull get ur phone replaced within ten days.if anyone of u knows from whre to expect d call from then plz guide me.
But now have decided not to buy any samsung phones.these people are cheaters.now in mumbai they have boxes clearly printed i9100g on them.
Then y shuld v not fite for our i9100 if our boxes mention i9100.
I request all u people to unite .if anyone from mumbai then i have got people who would help u.hope they give me my i9100 and also all you get i9100 who want dem

In other words, android is the OS for the more tech savvy, professionals, and tech nerds. If android is really that difficult for you, then you should join the children and slow people in the ios crowd. Perhaps you'll feel more at home then. ^_^
