I bielieve it has 2 microphones. One on the bottom where your mouth is, and one on the top. The one on the top listens to the noise around you and then uses that to filter out the noise coming from the bottom mic. I could be wrong but this is how I think it works. Why would it have 2 mics otherwise?

after upgrade to 4.1.2
1. the polaris office had downgrade from editable version to viewable version.
2. the social hub is missing.
3. task manager need to be access via program monitor widget.

stanly malaysia, 14 Jun 2013where did u get the 4.1 update ? send me the link pleaseI had upgraded to Jellybean before a week thro Samsung Kies..
try connecting your phone via data cable after installing Samsung Kies in your computer. It will automatically prompt for upgrading. But the up-gradation was a very slow process and i tried thrice and finally succeeded :)

If deep sleep is minimal (maybe less than 50%) when screen is off then download BetterBatteryStats to identify which app is causing the wakelocks. You can search/download an older version for free. Alternatively unistall or disable your apps one by one and check CPU Spy, this will help identify which app is causing it. Uninstall that app.

OH NO...!!!
my i9100G suddenly dead while playing candy crush...
i cannot turn on back the phone and charge it...
already take out the sim/btry/mmry card but no response...
also connectted to my lappy, not detected...tottally dead...
SO SAD....HELP!!!
