yash, 18 Feb 2012I purchase my g.r b4r 2 days pls tell why the battery of my... moredude dis is smart phone charge den use don't use the phone while charging i mean like downloads games etc and more over its summer time so youmight feel little warming

I bought this phone online in Jan 2012. The phone had very weak signal reception. The battery took 2 hours for a complete top up from 50%. The next day cell gone dead. Samsung service couldnt repair it because of nonavailability of spares. They couldnt even replace it because of no stock available with the company. Now awaiting refund of my money since 20 days.

Bought it a month ago...working gr8 bt wid one prob....phone's brightness increases automivally once or twice a day.what to do????

Hey Guys , after going with the useful specification provided on Gsmarena, and the reviews really helped me get hold of smartest smart phone ... just got my new handset after looking mostly everyplace in Mumbai , lately i managed to get this is shop somewhere in parle.. got it for 22k still worth and features and application are true enough to stand competing galaxy s or s2 ,if you go by price. Customizing it to your taste is what runs over to everyone , best phone till date.. no hicups with performance ... Sound quality of music is normal that can be taken on exception. Battery can go upto a day after heavy usage. Will add more to the review after using it for a week or two .. Last and not least , GO FOR THIS Device

hi guys,
I m using this mobile from last 1 month the mobile is very fast and display is as good as galaxy s2.internal memory is 8gb but only 4gb is available for data storage.touch and games is very very smooth as compared to other samsung models......
got screen black out problem once but not regularly wating for ICS update..go for it...

I am using SGR from last one and half month till now I havn't got any problem with the phone, may be some people might have got some problems thats common in mobile phones we cant assure all the models will work properly. As a user you should know how to use it and resolving some minor problems which you can solve,at the end of the day your luck also matters. My suggestion is go for it value for money.

I am thinking about to purchase a Galaxy R. After reading so many comments, i am confused that should i buy or not. Is there any screen problem that its hangs up & goes blank or it just only the rumors about screen problems or other??? Is is money worth smartphone or not???

hey..the phone is gd accordin to me. it doesn't lag at all. supports all types of apps...n also evry app tht s2 suppports
as far as d music issue is thre ..transfer d music to external sd o to media folder in the my files folder..it wil wprk properly then..I'm sure abt tht. onli once did I face d issue tht the touch dint respond...bt evry phone no matter how good messes up once in a while..so that's nt a problm, is it?. on the whole if one wants features almst as good as d s2 (leavn out camera) n nt spnd the extra 8k..the galaxy r is a good buyy
