restu, 17 Apr 2014recently, the battery and top side of the phone is going ho... moreIts normal to any phone. They need a lot of signal for mobile data so thats why they heat up. Dont worry too much about it, just make sure the phone wont heat up very much more than its normal. :)

recently, the battery and top side of the phone is going hot when i enable data, if i disable it, it cool down in few minutes. Do someone know why?

As seen on youtube, this phone had some test in pool. And it went up to 8 feet deep capturing videos! Sick! Haha! Now im really going to have one of these.. :)

Micro sim slot contact points are weak,it easily broken.it should use contact points same with macro sim slot so that it would be so durable not weak.so far thats the only thing im frustrated with these model,others so far at now was good.

The memory seems to be very small compared to my S3.... I cant open my gallery unlessi delete photos...

I never had an S3 but I guess S4 Active camera is much better than the S3 because Samsung made some upgrades on the S4 camera. Just my opinion. I'm satisfied in this phone. Cheers!

Im going for Samsung instead of Sony smartphones, since Sony doesn't have any non-user replacable battery phones. And although Sony are IP58 certified but Samsung is just IP67 certified, it can still go under water. I have to choose between S4 and S4 Active. But there are some comments here S4 Active gets hot. Does it really gets hot too much or not? Does S4 (I9500) gets hot too?

It makes me extremely mad sometimes but for the most part it's a good phone. One thing I can't figure out is why it won't ring when I get a text message? The notification ringer is on but when I get a text there is no sound or vibration. Since you own this phone and know how to use it so well would you mind assisting me with this problem?
