Check if it is, Factory unlocked. If it is not, take it to near by Samsung service center and get it unlocked.

I have had this phone for about 3 months. I enjoy that it is water proof and pretty durable. However, there are some issues I have with it. It takes very ling to charge and the battery drains very quickly. When I watch videos, even ones stored on my phone, it pauses them on its own continuously. It's very frustrating. Does anyone else experience those problems?

Samsung is taking way too long to upgrade this phone. And the memory card keep crashing even if its not being used. It don't do that in my other phones.

I just got the S4 active and love it, I have not had any problems with it at all and would recommend this phone to anyone. Like any product out there may possibly be some that have a glitch. I cant speak for everyone but I have had zero problems with the S4 Active. My opinion is it is a top notch phone and very much worth having.

I would recommend this fone to anyone who doesnt like using cases, coz i used to have the standard galaxy s4 and it fell and the screen got cracked bt this has fallen countlessly without crack or fault and i freaking use my fone in the shower..i mean who does that!!!..just love this fone..i couldnt have got anything better.:*
